What kind of products do you sell?

Pakistan Deals has a strong portfolio of all kinds of a variety of products ranging from grocery, household supplies and in future we will be moving forward to Cell phones, Fashion and personal care products, cosmetics, baby products and so much more. We are continuously increasing our product portfolio to get new products on our shelves. Please feel free to suggest any product that you want to see on Pakistan Deals portal.

What about the products we want but can’t find on Pakistan Deals?

We are continuously increasing our product range. Simply suggest a product through the option of suggestions and we would try our best to add it to our product range.

What areas do you deliver to? Are the rates the same?

Delivery are free till 06/30/2021, However, for express delivery within 120 minutes Rs. 200 will be charged for deliveries in Karachi and normal delivery will be charged Rs. 100. For deliveries outside karachi, an additional amount will be charged according to the volumetric weight of the items.

How will I know if an item in my order is unavailable?

If you have placed an order for a product that is later unavailable, our customer service team will inform you about the situation. You can either decide to order an alternative or cancel the order.
